A direct experience of inner wisdom and transformation
transformational Breathwork Sessions
opening
We share a conversation guided by your pre-session questionnaire, about your current life situation and intentions for the session. Exploring blockages or challenges you’re facing, and patterns that are repeating from your past.
I share a simple daily breathwork practice and grounding meditation, introduce you to the techniques and the journey.
the journey
The breathwork journey takes approximately 1 hour, using a style of Conscious Connected breathing to allow you to enter an altered state of consciousness, quieting the mind and accessing the subconscious to facilitate deep healing and transformation. Journeys are supported by a curated music playlist, guidance and energy work to let go of mental distractions and be present to the breath, the body and any memories, patterns, visions or insights that arise.
integration
We conclude the session with an opportunity to debrief, to share and to engage in journaling and reflection. I offer practices and resources to support integration, tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
A Breathwork session can deliver immediate experiences and awareness that are life-changing in the moment. The session can also result in more subtle effects that may be noticed over the following days and weeks. No matter the experience during the session, Breathwork offers profound, limitless possibility for growth and resilience in life. When the effects of Breathwork integrate into life, it changes and shifts ones perspective, values, choices and behaviours in an enduring and life changing way.
offerings
1:1 sessions
The 1:1 sessions are a deep dive into transformational breathwork. Sessions are 2.5-3 hours in length, including a conversation around your intentions, shaped by your questionaire. Breathwork journeys are typically 1 hour in length, including a curated music journey, with 40 minutes of an activation breathwork technique, followed by 20 minutes of a restorative breathwork technique, with an accompanied meditation and visualisation.
The journey is followed by an opportunity to integrate the experience. To journal, share and discuss integration support for the following days. Each experience is unique to the individual and to that particular session. Some clients have immediate insights, whereas for others, it can come through over the following days. It is recommended to allow yourself time to journal, to reflect, and to get clear on any changes you may wish to implement following a session.

+ What has brought you to the session?
+ What would you like to gain clarity or a fresh perspective on in your life?
